Required Ingredients;
1. Boiled potato
2. Onion
3. Curry leaf
4. turmeric powder.
5. Idly flour
6. Mustard
7. Jeera
8. Urad dal
Steps:
1. Take a pan, Heat oil, put musturd, ural dal and jeera. let it splutter
2. Add onion and wait till it become transulant.
3. Add turmeric powder, curry leaf.
4. Smash the boiled potato and add it.
5. Mix well and off the stove.
6. Now take the idly plate.
7. Pour 2 spoons of flour in the plates. Then place the masala above the flour and again pour 2-3 spoons of flour and cover the masala.
8. Bake as usual like normal idly until tooth pick comes out clearly.
