Beetroot Halwa

Beetroot Halwa




Ingredients required.

1. Grated beetroot - 1 cup
2. Boiled Milk -  2 cups
3. Sugar - 2 cups
4. Ghee - required amount
4. Cashew - 6-7

Steps to be followed:
1. Place a vessel , add ghee
2. Add grated beetroot and stir well for few seconds and let it to cook until the raw smell of the beetroot goes
3. Add milk and let it to cook and blend nicely with beetroot
4. Add sugar and mix well.
5. Finely add the roasted cashew's and serve.


Note: You can prepare Carrot halwa with the same procedure.......
